Don't seem to be able to find much information on this, not particularly surprising, as the CD was burned over 20 years ago. In fact, the only information is my own page. I was initially going to give it a charity shop where it came from, but given its apparent rarity, and the fact that it comes on a CDR which appears to be rapidly decaying, I'll keep it here.... Here's the only identifying test on the case...
