I guess I was distracted when I put this into the basket. I think at first glance I thought it was a CD Single. Nope. If I'd have actually taken three bloody seconds to actually read the track listing, I'd have found out it's a spiritualist healing CD. I... er... Yeah. Not exactly my forte, shall we say. It's here for completeness only, as yes, I did actually buy it, but I have no plans of it staying in the collection any more than strictly necessary. By the time anyone gets to see this, I've either donated it back to a charity shop, or recycled the case and binned the CD, as it'a ctually a really clean case.

The liner notes explain that it's something to do with "vibrational meditation"....

Forgive me for being cynical, but I'm quite sure that many people have done vibrational meditation over the years, and I bet most of them involved batteries. There's no instructions on how you use the Cd either. Do you sit in one of those meditiation positions with your legs crossed, and your hands on your knees? Do you need to sit in a darkened room?

For about 3 seconds, I thought I'd give it a go, just in case , you know, I actually felt 'something', but I have a feeling I'd be wasting an hour of my life. I just wish I'd actually read the track listing. Oh well.
