The A side is the theme to short-lived ITV programme "Albion Market", which I believe was a spin-off to Coronation Street, as it was produced by Bill Podmore.
The B side is the theme music (or at least a variation of it) to the tea-time gameshow "Connections", which was shown during the summer when Blockbusters took a break.
Although the B side is also "performed" by Fair Deal, it was composed arranged and produced by Bill Connor.
